Dr. Phillips is a 1994 graduate of the University of New Mexico, School of Medicine. She completed her family practice residency in 1997 at the University of New Mexico. She joined First Choice Community Healthcare in 2002. Dr. Phillips’ interests include preventive medicine and gardening.
