Chief Human Resources Director

Abbie joined the senior leadership team of First Choice Community Healthcare (“FCCH”) in 2024. Serving in the role of Director of Human Resources, Abbie brings over fifteen years of Human Resources experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. She understands that employees are the heart of any organization and strives to be a trusted advisor. Her focus is to foster a just culture with open communication, inclusivity within the workplace while the environment is one where all employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest professional potential. As a native New Mexican, she loves serving her community and continually looks for ways FCCH can work with local partners. When not at work Abbie enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
